Blackfast 971T represents the latest advancement in proven European Nano Technologies as applied to metal pretreatment. While operating at low concentrations and ambient temperatures, this next generation process simultaneously cleans and provides a conversion coating on steel, galvanized steel and aluminum surfaces.

Blackfast 971T may be used to replace conventional iron and zinc phosphate processes while offering the advantage of radically less sludge generation thus less systems maintenance is required.

Cool Phos 3080 is designed as a low foaming, low operating temperature (Ambient to 100°F) Iron Phosphate Clean N Coat. Cool Phos 3080 provides excellent detergency, low to no foaming and a uniform iron phosphate coating on steel that inhibits corrosion and improves the adhesion and durability of paint finishes.

Cool Phos 3080 is designed to reduce energy cost in spray washers or immersion tanks with agitation. Stainless steel or mild steel equipment construction is satisfactory for use with this product.

Clear Blue 104 is an innovative, buffered low pH algaecide/bactericide based on a chelated biologically active form of copper ion (Cu++).

Unlike traditional copper sulfate products Clear Blue 104 contains a unique, patented chelate that produces a higher concentration of hydrogen ions in a broad range of water conditions. These ions bond (chelate) the copper ion to keep it in suspension, preventing precipitation.

Clear Blue 104 can maintain scientifically predictable copper levels in a high concentration of hydrogen ions. This provides precise control of bacteria and algae growth without over treatment.
